Diane de Beer and Karen Dudley Dicuss Food and A Week in The Kitchen
Diane de Beer spoke to Karen Dudley, author of A Week in The Kitchen, for Tonight.
Dudley is the owner of The Kitchen, a week day eatery in Woodstock, and her cookbook reflects the busy community of regulars that frequent it. She shared her love of food with de Beer and explained the concept of the book – which was to create a food memoir that resembled a family photo album:

When I first read it from cover to cover, I went and bought two more as gifts for friends. I knew they would love Dudley’s approach and ethos.
